[PLACEHOLDER] Jana Babatunde-Bey is a film producer who has worked on a variety of film projects throughout her career. She began her journey in the film industry by studying film at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
One of her earliest projects was a short film called “Redemption,” which won several awards and screened at film festivals around the world. She then went on to produce a number of other short films, including “Siren’s Lament” and “Only Light.”
Babatunde-Bey has also produced feature films, including the critically acclaimed movie “Sprinter” The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2009 and received positive reviews from both audiences and critics.
In addition to her work in film production, Babatunde-Bey is also a n advocate for supporting Black filmmakers and works to increase representation in the entertainment industry.
